Meera Parikh’s practice focuses on business and commercial litigation, real estate, bankruptcy, creditor’s rights and receiverships. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Parikh was a litigation attorney at a Central Valley civil trial and appellate practice where she represented entities in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, including unfair competition, real estate, construction, environmental, professional liability and personal injury disputes. Meera started her law practice as a patent attorney, representing Silicon Valley technology companies in patent prosecution, licensing, trademark and other intellectual property matters. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Ms. Parikh received her law degree from the Santa Clara University School of Law.
